The Tronical service is operated from the UK by Click n Order Ltd (“The Company”), registered in England and Wales (07260261) and located at The Base, Dallam Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7NG.
The Service
At all times the website files remain the property of The Company and are provided to The Client on a leased basis for your business.
The Client will have no right to these files or the migration of these files if the contract is cancelled.
Content assets including logo(s), images and text provided by The Client remain The Clients property.
The Client takes full responsibility for ensuring the content is your original work or licenced for use by The Client.
The Client shall indemnify the Company against all claims in respect of any alleged infringement of copyright trademark or design.
All content assets provided by The Company are royalty-free or licenced under creative commons for commercial use.
New websites can take up to 6 weeks from signup to launch.
Hosting
The Service includes the cost of a server and management for your website.
Your website will be hosted securely using a reputable infrastructure provider.
The security of your website is covered by The Company.
Additional Services
Any domain names, graphic design work, photography, print design and services outside the scope of the hosted website shall be quoted and billed separately.
Termination
The Client may terminate this agreement up to 30 days prior to the last day of the minimum agreement term. The Client must give 30 days written notice to The Company.
The Company can terminate this agreement at any time and must give 30 days written notice to the Client.
No website export or transfer service is available to the client or another third-party provider.
