A website lease means you never buy the website outright - we design, build, host, secure and maintain it for you, and you pay one monthly fee. It's like renting a professional web team instead of paying a large lump sum and being left to manage everything yourself. When the lease ends, the website comes back to us - but your domain name, photos and text remain yours.
A one-off website is usually built, launched and then left to gather dust. When you need a change, you're stuck paying another big bill. Our monthly fee covers the build, the hosting, the security and somebody to make your changes promptly - one simple price, and your website never stops being looked after.
We offer a fully managed service, which means we make the changes for you. It might sound backwards, but it's actually the reliable part: by keeping the number of people who touch your site small, it stays consistent, secure and stable. Just send us your changes and we'll take care of them.
Yes. Every page is built to work beautifully on phones and tablets - tested in both portrait and landscape - as well as on desktop computers. We use industry-standard technology to keep problems to a minimum, so your customers see you at your best wherever they're browsing.
Most new websites go live within 2 to 6 weeks. The speed depends on how ready your photos and written content are. Don't have any yet? Don't worry - we can put you in touch with photographers and copywriters who can help.
We issue a VAT invoice every month and you pay by bank transfer. Straightforward and simple - no complicated payment systems. You'll always know exactly what you're paying and when.
Yes - a 12-month lease. After month 12 it rolls onto a month-to-month agreement with 30 days' notice. If you decide to cancel, just email us 30 days before you'd like to stop.
Give us 30 days' notice by email and we'll switch everything off cleanly. The website design and content remain our property, but everything you provided - photos, videos, text and your domain name - stays yours, and the domain can be transferred away whenever you like.
No problem at all. The first 2 hours of content editing and support are included every month. Anything beyond that is simply charged at £35 per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum. We'll always tell you before any extra time is used.
